This year's Stringybark Festival FEASTivities are inspired by the flavours, smells and dishes served up in our own 'backyard.' Everything and anything you can imagine that happens on and in the backyard grill, spit, smoker, roaster and toaster, will be there. This is cooking like you've never seen it! There will be live presentations on how to pickle your own vegetables and fruits, along with an abundance of tips on how to turn your backyard into a bush tucker forest. A riot of homegrown goodness and flavour filled treats awaits.

In 2019, we are again upping the ante on sustainable food practices and the reduction of waste, with a particular emphasis on ethical and locally sourced produce.

The Festival kicks off at 10:00 am with free breakfast for the early comers follow by our first presentation commencing at 11am.

We invite you into our backyard, into our kitchen and into an event where doing your best is about doing what comes naturally. We look forward to sharing this incredible event with you and the community.
