SESSIONS:


11am Kelly Michelakis, from The Hellenic Odyssey, is passionate about Greece and its food. When she thinks of her happiest moments she often reminisces about her wonderful travels or a delicious meal. This is how she knows that food and travel is her passion project

12pm Himanshi Munshaw Luhar is passionate about creating memories and food experiences she holds dear from her youth in India. Food to her is inclusiveness, warmth, invitation to join our table, delicious, vibrant, informal and adventurous.

1pm Lillie Giang The Food Affectionist who specialises in almost all south-east asian cuisine as a result of being born into a family of serious foodies in Vietnam

2pm Don Sherman, one of Sri Lanka’s most loved chefs and shows off his unique culinary fused singing skills with his feisty Sri Lankan personality right here in Australia where he now calls home
