Join us at the Asian Inspirations Cooking Hub (outside Rock Kung Restaurant, 101 Kingsway Glen Waverley) for some cooking fun and taste test our Chefs’ on-stage creation of some of the most popular dishes on South-Eastern Asian menus. There will be free recipes and giveaways by Asian Inspirations. 

We invite our festival goers to toss up high the popular Yee Sang Prosperity Salad to usher in the Year of the Rat.  We will be running a friendly dumpling competition on-stage and inviting some of our  festival goers and dumpling masters to join us.  There will be loads of tasty morsels to please your tastebuds.
