Join The Food Affectionist at Lilydale Lakes as part of the Victorian Fisheries Authority initiative to cook up some taste dishes using the whole trout.

You will be shown how to fillet a trout by Lee Rayner. The flesh will be used for a Trout Salad and the head and bones will be cooked into a Miso Soup.
